gauchospacho
This was my first attempt at Saori’s guacamole soup- more like a blended
gazpacho. I put in tomato, avocado, cilantro, green onion, garlic,
salt, water an a bit of salsa verde. The color is actually pretty close
to the mustard of my beer label, but the flavor is pretty good. Spicy,
fresh, and earthy. It’s a bit like Guacamole. Still needs something, I
vaguely want to sprinkle tortilla chips over it.
